Business Affairs Consultant and Union Producer —
Pre-Production
We'll take care of your Budget and Estimating Tasks: Estimate talent session and or use, including all fees.

Negotiations: (above scale performers)
We handle all talent negotiations with Managers and Agents. Agreements are verified in writing prior to production.

Casting:
We work with your casting director to file the correct union forms, such as for Auditions and Taft Hartley.

Minors:
We'll supply you with the proper applications to employ minors in the Industry, such as Coogan Law and Block Trust Account

Station 12 and Cast Clearance:
We'll register your project with the proper union prior to production to avoid unnecessary union security or preference employment claims.

Taft Hartley:
We'll file the proper Taft Hartley forms with the union.

Union Waiver:
We apply for unions waivers (PSA)

Talent Contracts:
We supply, prepare, and deliver union talent contracts on or before the day of production.

Support:
We assist you with any talent questions or needs.



Post-Production
Talent Payments:
We forward complete union contracts and Exhibit G to the Paymaster

Payroll:
We oversee the Paymaster to assure talent payments are made on time, thus avoiding costly union penalties.
